We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order on arrival and inform us immediately if there are any issues.

 

To start a return or highlight an issue, please use the Contact page. Please do not send any items back to use without first requesting a return. We will issue a returns form with instructions on how to proceed.

 

Please note:

​Items eligible for return must be deemed fit for resale

 

Items that have been worn or washed will not be accepted

 

Items must be in their original condition with labels and packaging intact

We do not offer refunds on clearance items

​

​We recommend you send your items using a tracking service or obtain proof of postage as the returning items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately we can not offer exchanges. Please return the item you have, then once the refund has been issued, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Once we've received and inspected your returned items we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method as soon as your return has been approved.
